To make Cocktail Base: Pour every spirits and syrup into one big jug, leave to sit for one hour, then filter it , ideally through a fine cloth, so it's completely strained.
For serving: Add 85ml of your cocktail base to a stirring glass filled with ice, and stir carefully for a minute to cool it down. Pour to a cold coupe glass or equivalent, garnish with a few cranberries and finish using a light spray of mandarin oil over the drink.
